Cancellation and refunds

For tours bought on the Pars Adventure site, at the Alanya office or via an agency, the electronic ticket (PNR / voucher) is sent on WhatsApp or email. The package-tour contract attached to the ticket is deemed accepted. Cancellation rules follow that contract.

Cancel via the ticket form, email or WhatsApp. Ops approval alone does not create a refund right — the windows below apply.

1. 1. Promotional tours

   Promotional or campaign products cannot be cancelled after booking.

2. 2. Domestic stay packages

   Unless stated otherwise, cancel 30+ days before a domestic package and the paid amount is refunded except mandatory taxes. Inside 30 days the full tour price is a cancellation fee payable to Pars Adventure.

3. 3. Day trips

   Unless stated otherwise, cancel 15 full days or more before paragliding, jeep, ATV, rafting, diving and similar day trips and the amount is refunded except mandatory taxes. Inside 15 days the full price is kept as a cancellation fee: slots, vehicles, guides and third-party operators are already committed.

4. 4. Tours with airline / train / ship tickets

   Where a carrier ticket is issued in the guest’s name, that carrier’s rules apply. Pars Adventure is an intermediary and is not liable beyond the carrier’s refund policy.

5. 5. Name change

   On domestic tours a name change may be free until 15 days before departure. Closer requests may be charged or refused (especially paragliding and carrier tickets).

6. 6. Force majeure and medical cases

   For legally recognised force majeure (serious accident, hospital treatment, death) affecting the guest or first-degree relatives, the tour price is refunded except mandatory taxes if official documents are provided.

7. 7. Cancellation by Pars Adventure

   Pars Adventure may cancel or move a tour for low numbers, weather, field safety or force majeure. If we cancel, payment is refunded within 14 days.

8. 8. Card refunds

   Card refunds follow the bank and PayTR timeline and may take up to 14 business days. Guests cannot request a refund directly from the bank; only Pars Adventure processes card refunds.

9. 9. No 14-day distance-sales withdrawal

   The booking is a leisure / entertainment service for a specific date and time. Under Turkish Consumer Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-ğ, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. Art. 15/1-i also drops withdrawal once performance has started with the guest’s approval (PNR, ops confirmation, operator slot, pickup plan). Refunds follow only the windows in these articles.

10. 10. Late notice, no-show, field

    The ticket cancel form closes less than 24 hours before the tour; that lock is not a refund window. Refunds follow articles 2 and 3. No-show, late pickup, alcohol, health/age/weight rules or refusing the briefing does not create a refund. If Pars Adventure moves or cancels for weather or safety, article 7 applies.
